Multi Hospital System (New Jersey) - Back-office Billing and Coding for multi facility health system.  Reduced DNFB by 24% within 3 months of engagement.  Created automated workflows and trained new staff to run operations accordingly.

Emergency Management (Miami) - Contracted to provide Data Entry services for over 100 COVID-19 Vaccination sites across the state of Florida providing over 50 thousand clinical engagements daily.  Provided turn around services within 48 hours.

Oncology Physician Group (Miami) - Implemented new EMR and subsequently scanned and converted into e-ClinicalWorks over 23,000 patient charts in less than 30 days with less than 1% conversion error rate.
